4th Amendment, Meaning and Application

The principles of the 4th Amendment were codified in British Liberty charters beginning with the Magna Carta of 1215.  Systematically developed and further solidified for over 500 years. The abuse by British agents came to a head in the American Colonies. Navigation Act of 1760 mandated that the American colonists purchase only certain goods approved by the British government and supplied by British ships.  Parliament began assessing consumption taxes on these mandated purchases.

In this class we will launch our study into the principles and application of Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

Article V Part 2

This course is part 2 of a two-part series on the principles and purpose of Article V of the Constitution.

Article 2 The Power Of The President

The President is bound to stop at the limits prescribed by our Constitution and law to the authorities in his hands, [and this] would apply in occasions of peace as well as war. Thomas Jefferson

American classrooms and media are steeped in messages of division and hatred.  Forgiveness is a course that will teach how and why we must overcome this bitterness and become a nation of people united once again in the pursuit of liberty for all.

The Believer’s Duty to Stand

“When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice, but when the wicked beareth rule the people mourn” Proverbs 29:2

The Power of the Purse

This course will embolden you to demand constitutional and principled solutions from your legislators and set America back on the course of liberty and prosperity.

Protest vs. Riot

The conflating of the terms "riot" and "protest" by Americans, media, and politicians is having a disastrous effect on the Liberty of all Americans. This course will teach you the difference between these terms and the necessity for maintaining this clarity.

It is not only important to know the difference, but we must be confident enough to actively correct the error if we are going to have people in government who know the difference between something that is criminal and the rights of the people they have sworn to protect.

Slavery and America’s Founders

Very few things evoke more emotion than the topic of slavery in America.  But did you know founders of the Constitution were overwhelmingly AGAINST slavery? History shows us that abolishing slavery was one of the biggest factors in battle for independence from Great Britain and the drafting of our Constitution.

Politicians, Pundits and Public Schools won’t teach this, but this course will help you learn the real story, so Americans can be united in truth rather than be divided by agendas.

State Sovereignty

Most Americans will agree that the federal government is bloated and out of control.  Most Americans also feel overwhelmed and powerless in the challenge to fix this.  Our State Sovereignty course will empower you with the solution to control and correct the federal government’s operations.  Why has this solution been ignored and hidden from the American people for decades?  Because this is the solution our founders put in place.  This is the solution that will work!
