Government Unconstitutionality Pt.2

King Barry has given us  a great teaching moment. First let us remember we are a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Not a government of politicians, by our state capitals for Washington DC. no matter the level of government, the people just powers to the government. All government receives it’s just power from the consent of the governed. When we forget this we lose that power and lets remember that what distinguishes a kingdom from a republic is that in a kingdom the king holds the power and delegates rights and in a republic the people hold the rights and delegate power. This week we’re going to be discussing each and every day the unconstitutionality of our government. The first step is to recognize we have a problem, which you and I certainly do. Our government on the other hand is completely clueless.  The executive branch issues executive orders violating separation of powers. Congress is discussing ways to tax and not even discussing how to control spending! It is going to take great character and resolve to make the painful decisions we need to make to preserve this republic. But we have a responsibility to do this so that future generations can enjoy the liberties we have enjoyed. Watch the Roaches Scatter

The corruption in Florida is coming into light and when the lights come on the roaches will scatter. Governor Rick Scott’s general counsel was recently given evidence that the whole affair with Sheriff Rick Finch is entirely a hoax and made up. But Rick Scott’s general counsel just blew it all off. Why? Because he has a 30 year tie to the corrupt prosecutor going against Sheriff Finch.  So Mr. Meggs as a former prosecutor I am offended and ashamed of your behavior. It is not the job of prosecutor to call up a defendants attorney and claim that you are going to war. That very statement Mr.  Meg gs proves that you have completely lost your professional bearing and it is time to resign. No apparently Mr. Meggs has been this way for quite some time but he has kept it in the dark – but it’s in the light now Mr. Meggs and let me say that you are an overgrown school yard bully and you are bullying the wrong people this time. Are you prepared?

More Obama Tyranny

To start with I want to mention how we spend and waste our tax dollars. A recent study came out suggesting that we should be allowing our children to start school later in the day because they’re too tired in the morning. I mean are you kidding me? This is how the dumbing down of America works. Maybe we should just have our teenagers go to bed earlier. Hello? Maybe it’s a good idea to encourage teenager responsibility. Now on to Obama tyranny. This week Obama announced that he is going to decide if we are going to continue aid to Egypt. Really? This is more transfer of power from Congress. The law says that there shall be no aid to a country if that country is in the middle of a coup! So for Obama to decide if we are going to continue aid to Egypt in spite of the law just consolidates more power int the executive branch and this is tyranny!

Can You Take a Tease

A Candidate I'm Excited About

The last show got me really pumped up. If you didn’t listen let me tell you that it was a call in show and I’m very open to doing more call in shows but that’s not what I’m excited about. I’m excited about a Republican candidate with a platform who is committed to preserving for the states powers not yielded to the federal government and to the legislature it’s Constitutional share of power. He’s not for transferring all the power of the states to he Federal Government. He’s for a government that is rigorously frugal and simple, applying all savings to the discharge of the debt. Get Your Head Out of Your Party

I know that our show is an early morning show but today I want to open up the phones and get feedback, opinion and input from listeners. I mean we are the people and we are the ones that grant and give consent to the governed. We are not a government by our politicians, for our Washington DC. You need to know just how powerful you are.  You are not manipulated by special interests and big money unless you allow yourself to be so.  Extend this to the way we vote. Many people will vote for the Republican party candidate, even if they aren’t Constitutional conservatives because they don’t want the Democrat elected. Well if this is the way you think then we will never have representation that  supports the Constitution. So get your head out of your party and do the right thing!

Government is Your Plunderer

Our debt stands at 17 trillion. Which only proves that government is not your provider it is your plunderer! The 17 trillion figure doesn’t even consider the unfunded liabilities. Liabilities which we are obligated to honor but currently have not been funded. When you consider the unfunded liabilities the 17 trillion is more like 200 trillion. Does that figure boggle your mind as much as it does mine.  King Barry recently said in a speech at the University of New  York that the government will run out of money, meaning more and more costs will be shouldered by students and their families.  Now this may offend one or two of you, but the reality is that the costs should be shouldered by students and their families.  This is where the costs are supposed to be. Government is not your provider! They are your plunderer because since the government source of money is the people, if the government runs out of money that means that the people have run out of money! Which begs the larger question. Whose money do they think they’re spending?

Are You Kidding Me Rand Paul!

What is Rand Paul thinking. He needs some serious oxygen. He needs to be pulled aside given some Liberty First , first aid and resurrect his what appears to be any semblance of sensibility. What’s my beef with Rand Paul? This morning he came out and threw his support behind Mitch McConnell. Hence the title of this Podcast: “Are You Stinking Kidding Me Rand Paul?” Doesn’t’ he know that if he wants to run for President in 2016 that there is no way in blue blazes the Republican party will do to help him.  Cuddling up to Mitch McConnell, Rand will not help you? Mitch McConnell has promised the people that he will not fight to stop funding Obama Care. Mitch McConnell is a fascist, wicket and immoral parent and grandparent! This is the kind of garbage that Rand Paul thinks is worth endorsing. Listen for more rants and facts.

Electromagnetic Propoganda

Consider this. A group in Colorado has gotten together to form their own state because they’re fed up with the politicians in Denver ignoring their needs. This is good news. They’re speaking out and want to be heard! But, consider this. In Connecticut television viewers were so outrage by their cable going out that they called 911. This is a pretty good indicator of what is going on. When we’re more outraged by our loss of entertainment than we are by our loss of liberty something is not right. Maybe we need a massive dose EMP that takes out all electromagnetic propaganda to get people to pay attention! I’m just saying.
