Federalization of America: We Can't Be Shocked

We should not be shocked or amazed by the federalization of America. The building blocks have been established and the departments in place and right in front of our faces. The activation of the process really kicked into gear in 2009. How do we remain shocked at a process that has been so transparent for 6 years?
