SCOTUS Confirms Guilty Until Proven Innocent Doctrine

Seven out of 9 justices confirm that the new judicial standard is “guilty until proven innocent.” One of those justices says the court didn’t go far enough! All the while, this Court once again expanded police powers in America and made it more difficult to exercise your rights peacefully without threat of government oppression. So much for the role of the courts to secure the rights of the people!
