Constitutionality of Trump’s view on Flag Burning.

Trump: “Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag – if they do, there must be consequences – perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!”

It doesn’t matter how you feel about Trump. It doesn’t matter how you feel about burning a flag. My Rights are not dictated by your feelings. The are inalienable and shall not be abridged.
