The Constitution is not a living breathing document.

When our government goes against the Constitution for whatever reason, then they are breaking the law.

Before we begin to hold our government up to the standard of the Constitution, we must get educated. Only then will we restore the Republic.

Democrats Questioning Federal Authority

Politics can make for good entertainment at times. It would seem as if the Democrats have suddenly taken up the cause of executive orders and their Constitutional validity. I’m not sure Trump has used his pen and his phone together yet, as Obama did, but it does make one wonder what these same democrats were doing when Obama was issuing his unconstitutional executive orders. This is a good conversation to have. We just need to make sure we always keep the Constitution in focus regardless of who is occupying the oval office.

Executive Orders & A CIA Director

Putting Trump’s recent executive orders under the scrutiny of the Constitution. Do these executive orders honor the republic? Do they respect equal protection under the law, or maybe is President Trump possibly getting off on the wrong Constitutional foot. We all have great hope for President Trump but hope is never a good reason for letting our Constitutional guard wane.
